Excellent....will call them again. I am newer to the area, had an issue with sink and I have had mixed success with replacing cartridges in the past. Figured I would just get it done right.
Called these gentlemen, they arranged to come out that afternoon. On top of that, they indicated since they were down on a call in CR if I could text them info on my faucet they would make sure to get the right parts while they were in town...to me that saves us both time and money and I appreciate that.
Showed up on time, removed shoes prior to entering, fixed issue promptly and professionally. While there I also asked them to look at another sink in a bathroom and they quickly resolved that issue as well.
Got the bill, never sure what to expect so preparing for the worst...pleasant surprise though as I felt treated very fairly. Based on all of the above they will be my first call next time I have an issue.
